- Delivery Data: Physical Street Address, Postal Code, University Campus / Residence details for drop-offs.

Your data is used solely to process and dispatch your hoodie orders, provide real-time WhatsApp courier tracking updates, answer customer support queries, and, if opted in, send drop notifications for upcoming limited releases.
2. TERMS OF SERVICE
By accessing and purchasing from OSEVEY, you agree to adhere to our standard terms and conditions. All apparel designs, lookbook editorial imagery, logos, brand typography, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of OSEVEY.
Product Availability & Limited Drops
Due to the small-batch, zero-deadstock manufacturing process of our 450GSM cotton fleece hoodies, products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Items placed in cart are not reserved until checkout payment is completed.
Pricing & Currency
All prices listed on our storefront are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR - R) and include applicable value-added taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to amend pricing or drop tiers without prior notice.
3. PAYMENT SECURITY & GATEWAYS
Your payment security is paramount. OSEVEY does not store debit or credit card CVV numbers on our servers. All transactions are securely routed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified South African payment processors.

- Capitec Pay: Seamless mobile bank authorization.
- Ozow Instant EFT: Automated, instant bank clearance from Absa, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank, Capitec, TymeBank.
- SnapScan & Zapper: QR mobile wallet scanning.
- Visa & Mastercard: 3D Secure / OTP verified debit and credit card processing.
- Campus Collection Payment: Cash or instant EFT upon handover at UWC & Cape Town hubs.
4. SHIPPING & CAMPUS DROPS
We offer fast, reliable distribution across all 9 provinces in South Africa as well as dedicated campus drop handovers.
- Cape Town & UWC Campus: Same-day or 24-48h collection point handover. Free of courier charges.
- Major Metro Centers (JHB, PTA, DBN, PLZ): 2–3 business days via The Courier Guy.
- Regional & Outlying Areas: 3–5 business days door-to-door or Paxi Pep counter delivery.
5. 14-DAY RETURNS & SIZE EXCHANGES
We stand by the craftsmanship of our 450GSM fleece. If your hoodie does not fit as desired, we offer a straightforward 14-day exchange policy from the date of receipt.
Eligibility Conditions:
- Garment must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or pet hair.
- Original OSEVEY swing tags and frosted packaging must be intact.
- Contact our WhatsApp support with your Order ID to initiate the return label or campus swap.
